Dr. Alexander is the Best!

Dr Nate and the whole team including the front desk staff were wonderful. Even though they have a lot of patients to see each day I felt like my daughter was their only patient that day. They took their time to make sure I understood everything that was being said. They worked hard to make my daughter feel at ease and took things at a comfortable speed for her. An initial visit can be very nerve wrecking not knowing what to expect or wondering if you will be heard. Not only were we heard, but I felt we were genuinely cared for. We left there with a clear plan and understanding of what is going to be needed to help my daughter. I know my daughter is going to be in good hands moving forward.

I am very happy with the care provided by the doctor and his department. His team is excellent. I can't say anything negative about their work; they did an excellent job, and I recommend them 100%. The only issue I have is with the long wait times to get an appointment, but aside from that, the staff is excellent, and the doctor is outstanding.

Very thankful for Dr. Alexander's care! It was extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone in the office to schedule an appointment. The phone just rang off the hook and then eventually sent me to voicemail which was never returned. I ended up calling the nurse extension and she scheduled my appointment. I see other pediatric specialists in the Prisma network and have had the same problem multiple times. Also, our appointment was moved due to a scheduling error and my husband waited close to an hour after our scheduled appointment time to see the doctor and spent over 2 hours at the office. I understand delays happen and some things are out of everyone's control but it can be frustrating when we are even told to arrive 15 minutes early to then wait a really long time with a toddler.

I have a great respect for Dr. Nathan Alexander. On the day of my child's surgery he asked if we could pray together before he performed her procedure, I have never had a doctor share a prayer with a family ever. I absolutely love Dr. Alexander for life ?

Dr. Alexander was awesome. He was respectful, informative, and we did not have to wait long to see him.

They are always kind . Helpful with information, has patience with my son that has special needs.

Dr. Alexander is amazing. He treated us well. He's treated three or four of our children. We can't say enough good things. He's the best.

Again never got my mychart code to activate for my child .... still have not heard. From them to schedule ultrasound

From the nurse, to the PA, and Dr. Alexander were all great! Everyone was patient and attentive to our concerns. They listened and we left with confidence that our son's issues would be addressed with the best appropriate plan of care. Please give Dr. Alexander and his entire team a shout out!

It would be helpful to have more than one person doing check-in. There were numerous people waiting in line to check-in.

We were told to be there 30 minutes early which was entirely too early. We waited for about 45 minutes before getting called back. Otherwise everything was great.

Dr. Alexander is always great and he always gives me great information. However, the people that answer the phone are the most rudest people ever and they never answer the phone. You have the call four to five times before somebody even answers and they just don't want to listen to what a parent has to say. And I feel like they need to because they don't know what's going on. We just didn't have a very great experience with them pretty much ever.

Good experience but running very late. I arrived at 2:45 and we were not seen until 3:30 apt was at 3.

Dr. Nathan Alexander and the staff at Prisma Health were all wonderful, nice and caring. I can't thank you all enough for being such great individuals!

We waited 30 minutes before Dr. Alexander came in to see us, but we would wait however long is needed to see him. He is one of the best doctors and takes such great care of our son.

I am happy Dr Alexander has returned to Prisma. We will continue to follow him as our provider due to his compassion and knowledge for peds ENT issues.

It did take awhile to be called back. Her appointment was at 3 pm and it was a few minutes before 3:30 before we were called back.

Dr. Alexander is one of a kind. Takes his times, listens and cares.
