@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum This has happened many times before. I just talked to spectrum and after getting to a third person, they admitted they are wrong. So frustrating when you call in and know more than the people you’re trying to tell what the problem is.

@raviroyalcomeup @GetSpectrum They got one more time and I’m canceling their service and I’ve been with them for almost 10 years. Internet and cable. Bad business when they don’t even credit you and it’s been out the whole damn day

I do want to thank the rep from @Ask_Spectrum for assisting me, I do appreciate your help. Still disappointed that I have a bill when I asked for the services to be put on hold. It will get paid but I’ll be looking for other cable and internet services. @GetSpectrum

@Ask_Spectrum Why do I have problems getting my PC connected every time I sign back on. Haven't ever had this problem before with my previous provider in 12 years. Same computer, same Wi-Fi USB connector, same everything except service. Geez!!!

@metronetfiber you owe every user in OH a credit for this. You aren’t working on a fix ASAP when it has been down SEVEN hours & counting. This is unacceptable. Your techs & engineers should’ve been able to figure this out by now. @GetSpectrum guess I’m switching back..
