Dr. Rangel and his nurse were great. Patient, considerate, very caring and knowledgeable. Super experience, as usual!

Again, the wait time to be seen was ridiculous. However, the provider was extremely kind and apologetic about the wait and took great care of our son.

Dr. Rangel was an amazing doctor. My son had been all over the place for almost two years trying to get help. And we walked in Dr. Rangel's office and less than 10 minutes he said, I am going to help your son. And it wasn't no time later and he had done surgery on him and helped him. And he was a true blessing to me, definitely to my son and to my family. I'm very grateful for him. He's super sweet and very thorough. He's an amazing doctor.

This practice is excellent and understanding about the care plan for my child. I give 10 stars to this facility.

So, it seems like all the doctors that I have at Prisma, it just takes so long to get an appointment and it's dragging out the health care that I need and my treatment that I need. And it takes weeks between doctors and I got to see this doctor and that doctor. And the treatment was already provided once and then cut off and then back to the doctors. I don't understand why everything seemed to be drug out and all this extra when the medicine was working and just not provided to me long enough, the treatment. So, anyway, the scheduling of appointments takes way too long to get an appointment, to get in to see someone. That's the main thing.

Everything was nice very welcoming. My child had a blast on the road rug in the waiting room.

The wait time was extreme. Yes, they apologized profusely, but I think calling patients to let them know to come later would have been a better experience. It's a lot to ask a toddler to wait over an hour in a waiting room with no entertainment - not even a children's magazine/book. Had I known they were so backed up, I would have come prepared. In addition, it threw off our whole evening routine.

Dr Rangel is amazing. I'm fortunate to have been treated by him.

Dr. Rangel is the most attentive, knowledgeable, and caring provider I have been to in a very long time. It's refreshing to know that my provider not only knows of my physical issues and procedures, he also knows me as a person. I feel he genuinely cares about me as a human, not just a patient or MRN.

It is good care and they make sure that you understand everything the doctor says.

The physician was excellent. I look forward to seeing him again. However, his front desk staff was extremely rude. The exiting staff member wouldn't even look, didn't greet. I don't know how she has a job with you. And his nurse that does the initial introduction in the room, her behavior was so poor I actually contemplated walking out and leaving. But I had waited several months to be able to see an ENT that I needed to be seen. If it wasn't for him, I would not be returning. He's an excellent doctor. So hopefully on the next visit, when I return in three months, things will go better. I'll give you feedback on that visit as well. So his staff definitely needs some customer service skill training.

Dr and staff very courteous

Dr. Rangel has been wonderful. He removed a tumor from my frontal sinus and everything went smoothly. He is patient and kind and I couldn't be happier with my treatment.

Grateful for the attention of all the staff and especially the attention of Dr. Rangel, his charisma, knowledge, experience and security transmits confidence in us as parents that everything will be fine with our son.

I really like Dr. Rangel! He was very attentive and listened to my concerns. He did not just go by the normal CT scan results and examined my nose and back of my throat. He explained that I have very small sinuses which did not show on the CT scan, which explained why I have so much trouble with my sinuses. I am extremely happy to have Dr. Rangel as my ENT doctor.

Both doctor and nurse were pleasant and took their time with me. I felt like they listened to me and did not rush to get on with their schedule. They answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the next steps of treatment. Thank you.

I really wish hearing aids were a part of the service. Now I have to go somewhere else to get the devices. Very inconvenient for someone my age. Should have been there where the test was.

Everyone is so nice and very friendly. The Dr is caring about his patients.

Dr. Rangel is great to work with. He's an extremely knowledgeable man who cares about his patients and listens very well and is flexible. Also, his staff got me in on an extra appointment which i requested (at the last moment). I love working with him

The reset ice was excellent. Though the wait was 1 hour. It would be great to know how far down the line I am when waiting to be seen. I don't mind waiting. It's just the not knowing.

The appointment with Dr Rangel was fantastic. He gave me the follow up medical treatment needed, patiently answered my questions in plain English, and made sure I had a clear understanding of next steps. It was a great experience.

I only wish that the doctor would be there all the time instead of once a month. Not having a permanent doctor makes appointments to see the same doctor tough.
